Processing Times

All our items are made with care and individually quality-checked. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. For custom pieces or high volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Domestic (Australia):

  • Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 with code FREESHIP.

International:

  • Shipping rates vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD with code WORLDWIDE.

Don’t forget to enter the code at checkout to claim your free shipping!


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 2–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other International: 10–25 business days (depending on location and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.

We ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Some countries may apply customs duties or taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping delays due to customs or local postal services are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
