Processing Times
All our items are made with care and individually quality-checked. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. For custom pieces or high volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Domestic (Australia):
- Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 with code FREESHIP.
International:
- Shipping rates vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD with code WORLDWIDE.
Don’t forget to enter the code at checkout to claim your free shipping!
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Other International: 10–25 business days (depending on location and customs)

We ship worldwide! Please note:
- Some countries may apply customs duties or taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Shipping delays due to customs or local postal services are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
