Resin Printing

Besides FDM printing for general purposes and prototyping, KeenzKustoms also offers Resin 3D printing. This method offers extremely high detail and smooth surface finishes, making it ideal for miniatures, jewellery, dental models and prototypes.

Unlike FDM printing, Resin printing builds layers by layers by using a light source (UV  light) to harden the liquid photopolymer, the build plate moves upwards to complete the 3D model. Resin printing requires post processing to ensure the print is fully cured and completely free of any toxic liquid plastics.
